I’m slightly, well really crazy excited around here. Last week, as a snub to winter, we started our seeds in the greenhouse for a late winter/early spring garden. I’ve been watering/stalking them daily, and much to my joy I discovered these little gems this morning. Excuse the crappy phone pics, I was caught up in my excitement.
I know it’s not a true leaf, or even a seed leaf/cotyledon, but it’s definately emerging, and that means the countdown can officially begin.
The faith required to patiently anticipate the harvest when all you’ve done is put little seeds into the ground and given the water, is amazing.
So anywhere from 50-60 days we can anticipate beginning the harvest of kale, broccoli, cabbage, ect.
I can’t wait!
